- Who can apply: registered businesses with a valid resale or sales tax permit, such as shops, fleets and retailers. We review every application personally.
- How to apply: fill out the Dealer Application and upload your business license or registration plus your resale certificate or sales tax permit. A tax exemption certificate (Indiana ST-105 or the MTC/SST multistate certificate) is optional when you apply. We need it before any tax-free order.
- Approval: we usually reply within 2–3 business days. Once you're approved, your store login opens the dealer order desk.
- Ordering: use the dealer desk, email orderdesk@turn4diesel.com, or text (317) 563-1428. You can cancel free until we place your order with our warehouse.
- Payment: prepaid by secure pay link. Unpaid orders don't ship.
- Pricing: dealer pricing is confidential. Please don't advertise below MAP, and follow any brand's marketplace limits. If there's a problem, we'll reach out first, but repeated problems can cost dealer pricing.
- Taxes: keep your exemption certificate current. If it turns out to be invalid, the tax is owed.
- Damage or missing items: tell us within 3 business days of delivery, with photos.
- Returns: request an RMA within 21 days of delivery, and the return must arrive back within 25 days of delivery. Parts must be new and uninstalled. There's a 15% restocking fee (some brands charge more, up to 25%, and we'll tell you first). The fee is waived when it's our mistake or the part is defective. Special-order, electrical (once opened) and installed parts can't be returned.
- Cores: start the core return within 14 days of delivery. The core must arrive within 25 days of the invoice date for full credit. It must be complete, drained and like-for-like.
- Shipping: once we hand an order to the carrier it's yours, and we'll help with any damage claim.
- Warranty: comes from the manufacturer, and we help you file claims.
- Play it legal: follow all laws, including EPA Clean Air Act and CARB emissions rules. We don't sell emissions-defeat parts.
- Our brand: please ask before using the Turn4Diesel name or logo.
