Terms of service
Turn 4 Diesel is operated by TURN 4 E-COMMERCE L.L.C., Greenfield, Indiana. By placing an order at turn4diesel.com you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing. We work to keep listings accurate, but prices and availability can change without notice, and some brands enforce minimum advertised pricing. If we can't fulfill your order as listed — for example, a part goes out of stock at our supplier — we'll notify you promptly, and you may accept an alternative or cancel for a full refund.
Order acceptance. Your order confirmation is not our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order.
Payment. Payment is due at checkout. Orders paid by card ship after payment clears. If Sezzle financing is offered at checkout, it is subject to Sezzle's approval and terms.
Shipping. Orders of $50 or more ship free; orders under $50 ship for a flat $12.95 standard rate. Heavy or oversized items are freight-quoted after you order; nothing ships until you approve the exact freight charge. You'll be notified with a tracking number when your order ships.
Fitment. Fitment information on our site is guidance to help you choose. You're responsible for confirming a part fits your vehicle before ordering — if you're unsure, email us first and we'll help. Parts ordered for the wrong application fall under our standard return policy.
Installation and use. Some parts require professional installation. All products must be used in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Manufacturer warranties apply where offered, and we'll help facilitate warranty claims.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including labor or downtime.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
