Refund policy

30-day returns. Unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email support@turn4diesel.com with your order number first and we'll send return instructions — please don't ship anything back without them.

What's not returnable: parts that have been installed or used; fluids or chemicals that have been opened; electrical and electronic components (tuners, sensors, modules) once installed or programmed; special-order or made-to-order items; and anything marked Final Sale on its product page.

Core charges. If your part carries a core charge, it's refunded in full when we receive your rebuildable core back within 30 days of delivery.

Heavy and oversized items. Freight on these is quoted after you order and nothing ships until you approve the freight invoice — you can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve it.

Damaged or wrong item. Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right, including a prepaid return label where it's our mistake.

Return shipping. You cover return shipping unless the error was ours. There's no restocking fee on qualifying returns.

Refunds. Issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Orders placed with Sezzle are refunded through Sezzle under their terms.
