How it works

1. We quote off the dealer sheet

Every quote is priced off our dealer sheet and floor-checked before it goes out. You see the price before you commit to anything.

2. Order through the desk, pay the invoice

Send your order through the Dealer Desk or by email with your SKUs and quantities. We invoice you at your dealer pricing, you pay by bank transfer, and your parts ship as soon as payment lands.

One accountOne desk for parts, quotes and orders — instead of juggling five vendor accounts.
Fast dropshipMost parts dropship straight from the supplier warehouse to your shop.
Real fitmentCatalog built around Duramax, Cummins, and Power Stroke — not generic truck parts.
A real person answersQuotes and questions go to turn4ecommerce@gmail.com — a person replies, not a bot.

Dealer Terms & Agreement

Turn4Diesel Dealer Terms & Agreement

Version 1.2 — October 20, 2026

Thanks for partnering with us. These terms explain how our dealer program works and what we each agree to. They're between TURN 4 E-COMMERCE L.L.C., doing business as Turn4Diesel, of Greenfield, Indiana ("Turn4Diesel," "we," "us"), and the business named on your dealer application ("you").

1. Who can join

  • The program is for real, operating businesses, such as diesel and performance shops, repair shops, fleets and parts retailers, that have a valid business registration and, where your state requires one, a resale or sales tax permit.
  • We review every application personally. We decide whether to approve an application, and we may decline one without giving a reason.
  • Please make sure what you send us is accurate. Let us know within 10 days if anything important changes, such as ownership, address or permit status.

2. Ending the relationship

  • Either of us can end the dealer account at any time, for any reason. An email is enough.
  • We may pause or close an account right away for serious issues: advertising below MAP, unpaid orders, fraud, invalid tax documents, misuse of our name or logo, or unlawful use of parts.
  • When an account closes, dealer pricing stops. We'll either finish open orders or cancel them and refund you. The sections on confidentiality, taxes, warranty, liability, indemnity and governing law still apply afterward.

3. Placing orders

  • Order through the dealer desk on our site, by email at orderdesk@turn4diesel.com, or by text at (317) 563-1428.
  • Every order depends on availability. Most orders ship from partner warehouses, so stock can change quickly. If there's a stock problem, or a pricing or listing mistake, we'll contact you. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
  • Quotes are good for 7 days unless we say otherwise. Prices and availability can change.
  • Changes and cancellations: you can cancel at no charge until we place the order with our warehouse. After that, a cancellation may carry a fee of up to 10%, or the warehouse's actual charge if it's higher (we'll tell you the amount first). Special-order and custom items can't be cancelled once ordered.

4. Keep dealer pricing private

  • Your dealer pricing, price files, quotes and account terms are confidential. Please don't share them with customers, other businesses or online forums. Your own staff may see them when they need to.
  • This promise lasts for 3 years after your account ends.

5. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price)

  • Many brands set a minimum advertised price. Please don't advertise any product below its MAP anywhere: your website, marketplaces, social media, email or print.
  • Brands can change their MAP at any time. Following the current MAP for each brand you advertise is your responsibility.
  • Some brands also limit where their products can be sold online, for example no Amazon, eBay or other marketplaces. We'll flag those brands, and please follow those limits too.
  • If there's a MAP problem, we'll usually reach out first. Repeated or serious violations can mean losing dealer pricing on that brand, or closing the account. Manufacturers may also act on their own. This section covers only advertised prices. What you actually charge your customers is always up to you.

6. Payment

  • Orders are prepaid. We email you a secure pay link or invoice, and once it's paid we place and ship the order.
  • Unpaid orders don't ship. If an order isn't paid, we may cancel it.
  • Please don't file a chargeback on an order that wasn't disputed with us first. Call or email us and we'll sort it out.

7. Sales tax and exemption certificates

  • We charge sales tax unless we've accepted a valid, complete resale or exemption certificate from you, for example Indiana Form ST-105 or the MTC or Streamlined (SST) multistate certificate.
  • Keeping your certificate valid and up to date is your responsibility. Please tell us right away if it expires or no longer applies.
  • If a certificate turns out to be invalid or used improperly, you'll need to pay us the tax that should have been charged, plus any interest or penalties the state charges us. We may also switch your account back to taxable.

8. Shipping, damage and missing items

  • Ship dates are estimates. Shipping and freight charges are yours unless your quote says otherwise. That includes truck freight, oversize, liftgate and residential fees. Truck-freight items are quoted separately. Some items can't ship to certain states or outside the lower 48, and we'll let you know.
  • Once we hand an order to the carrier, it belongs to you and the shipping risk is yours. We'll still file and follow up on carrier claims with you.
  • Please check every shipment when it arrives. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, and keep the box and packing.
  • Report damage, missing items or wrong parts within 3 business days of delivery. Send photos of the part, its label and the box. Credit for shipping damage depends on the carrier claim. If we send a replacement before the claim is settled, it may be billed first and credited once the claim is approved.
  • If tracking hasn't moved, or a package hasn't arrived, tell us within 21 days of the ship date so we can open a trace.

9. Returns

  • Ask us for a return authorization (RMA) within 21 days of delivery. Ship the return within 5 days of getting the RMA, so that it arrives back within 25 days of delivery. Write the RMA number on the outer box. Returns without an RMA, or that arrive late, may be refused.
  • Returned parts must be new, uninstalled and unmodified, in the original undamaged packaging with all parts and paperwork. Please ship in an outer carton. Don't tape or write on the product box itself.
  • Not returnable: special-order and custom items; installed, used or test-fitted parts; electrical and electronic parts or programmers once opened or the seal is broken; mounted or driven wheels and tires; clearance, discontinued and open-box items; partial kits; and fluids or hazardous materials. We'll point these out before you order when we can.
  • Returns carry a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. Some brands and items carry a higher restocking fee (up to 25%), set by the manufacturer or our warehouse. We'll tell you the fee before you send anything back.
  • We waive the restocking fee and cover return shipping when the mistake was ours or the part arrived defective. Report it within the 3-business-day window in section 8.
  • Original shipping charges aren't refunded. Approved credits go back to your original payment method, usually within about 10 business days after the return is received and approved.

10. Core deposits

  • Parts sold with a core charge need a core deposit at purchase.
  • For full credit, start your core return within 14 days of delivery. The core must arrive at the return address we give you within 25 days of the invoice date. Some parts list a shorter core deadline on the product page or invoice, and that deadline applies. Late cores may get reduced credit or none.
  • Cores must be like-for-like (same make, model and part number), complete and rebuildable. They must be drained of fluids, bagged, packed in the new part's box, and sent with any core paperwork. Cores from salvage yards, and cores that are disassembled, cracked or missing major parts, may get partial credit or none.
  • Core return shipping is yours. Use a tracked carrier and send us the tracking number. Many cores go straight to the rebuilder, so please use the address on your core instructions.
  • Core credit is issued after the rebuilder inspects and approves the core, usually within about 4 weeks of receipt. See also our Core Charge Policy.

11. Warranty

  • We're a reseller and don't make the parts. Warranties come from the manufacturer, and we pass them on to you. We'll help you file claims, and each manufacturer's terms, inspection and decision apply. Warranty claims may require returning the part first.
  • If you need a replacement before the manufacturer decides, we'll bill the replacement first, then credit you if the claim is approved.
  • Beyond the manufacturer's warranty, parts are sold as-is. Turn4Diesel makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please don't promise your customers warranties on our behalf.
  • We don't cover labor, installation, towing, downtime or other related costs.

12. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Turn4Diesel isn't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost profits, lost business, downtime or other consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages. For any claim, our total responsibility is capped at what you paid us for the specific part involved.

13. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against Turn4Diesel because of something on your side, you'll cover our costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees. That includes a breach of these terms, how you install, sell or use the parts, a violation of the law (including emissions or tax law), or a promise you made to your customers.

14. Follow the law, including emissions rules

  • Please follow all applicable laws, including federal and state emissions laws, such as the U.S. Clean Air Act (enforced by the EPA) and California Air Resources Board (CARB) rules.
  • Our parts are for lawful use only. Don't use or sell any part to remove, disable or bypass emissions equipment, and don't sell parts for vehicles they aren't legal on. Turn4Diesel doesn't sell emissions-defeat products, and we'll close the account of any dealer involved in tampering.
  • Pass along any required legal, fitment or safety information to your customers.

15. Our name and logo

Please don't use the Turn4Diesel name or logo, or call yourself an "authorized" Turn4Diesel location, unless we've given you written permission. Manufacturers' brand rules apply to their trademarks.

16. Independent businesses

We're independent businesses. This agreement doesn't make us partners, a joint venture or a franchise, and neither of us can sign or commit for the other.

17. Indiana law

These terms follow Indiana law. Any legal dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Hancock County, Indiana, and both of us agree to that location.

18. The fine print, kept short

  • The whole agreement: these terms, our Dealer Program Policy, our Core Charge Policy and our website terms make up our full agreement. Terms printed on your purchase orders don't apply.
  • Updates: if we change these terms, we'll post the new version or email you. Ordering after that means you accept the change.
  • If one part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something once, we can still enforce it later. You can't transfer this account to someone else without our OK.
  • Contact: reach us at orderdesk@turn4diesel.com. We'll contact you at the email on your application.

19. Signing electronically

By checking the box on the dealer application, submitting it or placing a dealer order, you agree to these terms. You also confirm you're authorized to agree for your business, and that your electronic acceptance counts as your signature under the federal E-SIGN Act and Indiana's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

Shop questions

Is there a buy-in or a minimum order?

No. No buy-in and no minimums. Applying takes a few minutes with your business license, resale certificate and EIN, and approval is usually the same business day.

How does payment work?

You order through the Dealer Desk or by email, we send an invoice at your dealer pricing, and you pay by bank transfer — parts ship as soon as payment lands. We don’t run net terms — prepaid keeps dealer pricing simple and orders moving fast.

How fast is shipping?

Most parts dropship straight from the supplier warehouse to your shop. Timing depends on the part and where it ships from — we confirm it on your quote before you pay.

What can you quote?

Anything in the Turn4Diesel catalog — 4,800+ parts for Duramax, Cummins, and Power Stroke: service parts, filters, fluids, front-end, fuel system, and more. Don’t see it listed? Ask in the form — the catalog grows every week.

Do you need my resale certificate?

Not for quotes. To buy tax-exempt for resale, we need a valid resale or exemption certificate on file before your first tax-exempt order. Until it’s on file and verified, orders are charged sales tax as normal.

How do I get dealer status on my account?

Create a store account with your shop email (login section above), send the application on this page, and we activate dealer status on that account after review. After that, just log in here to reach your dealer desk.

Who do I talk to?

Email turn4ecommerce@gmail.com. A real person — the owner — reads every dealer request.
