The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 rear air helper spring kit (part # 57215) for 1999-2004 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty and 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 2500/3500. Air Lift also lists it for older 1969-1999 Ford F-250/F-350 and 1981-1993 Dodge D250/D350 trucks.

The kit includes everything needed for installation. It needs at least 8 in. of tire-to-frame clearance and will not fit trucks with a side-mount fifth-wheel hitch.
