BD Diesel E-PAS Emergency Engine Shutdown - Chevy 2008-2010 6.6L

BD Diesel E-PAS emergency engine shutdown system (Positive Air Shutdown) for industries that require an engine shutdown device - mining, oil refinery, forestry, mobile welding and refueling applications. An inline butterfly valve in the air intake line, driven by a heavy duty electrical solenoid with automatic over-speed electronics, cuts the air supply so the engine shuts down within seconds. Aluminum and stainless components with weatherproof electrical connectors; bead boot locks mean no welding is needed for hose retaining beads. CAC pipes are included for some vehicles.
