Bellowed turbocharger up-pipe kit that replaces the failure-prone factory up-pipes on the early-1999 7.3L Power Stroke. The bellows design absorbs engine flex so the pipes stop cracking and leaking exhaust before it reaches the turbo. Up-pipes sit upstream of the turbo and this kit repairs the factory exhaust path — the factory emissions path is retained; it is not delete hardware.
