OE-replacement rocker arm assembly for 1998.5-2018 Dodge/Ram trucks with the 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins, sold individually. It is a direct-fit part built to meet or exceed OE specifications and replaces Cummins part number 4995602 (superseded numbers 3941928, 4928698, 4995603 and 4995605). A sensible replacement when a valvetrain tick traces back to a worn rocker, or as part of a top-end refresh while the valve cover is already off.
