Fleece Performance auxiliary heated fuel filter kit (MPN FPE-CUMM-HFFBA-0318) for 2003-2018 Dodge/Ram 2500/3500 with the 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins. It moves the fuel filter to an easy-to-reach base with a built-in fuel heater, so cold-weather gelling and filter changes are less of a hassle.
What's in the kit
- Fuel filter base with integral heater and mounting bracket/hardware
- Donaldson 3-micron fuel filter and water separator
- Water-in-fuel (WIF) sensor with adapter harness (two sensors supplied; use the one for your model year)
- 16 ft of 1/2 in. push-lock hose plus all AN and barb fittings
- CP3 feed fittings for both 5.9L and 6.7L injection pumps
Fuel heater specs
- Turns ON at about 28°F and OFF at about 48°F (±5.4°F)
- Raises fuel temperature about 4-8°F across the element at typical flow
Before you order
- Requires the Fleece model-year fuel filter housing block-off, sold separately: FPE-FFD-RO-3G (2003-2007), FPE-FFD-RO-3G-67 (2007.5-2010) or FPE-FFD-RO-4G (2011-2018).
- Designed to be fed by a Fleece lift pump. With the stock in-tank lift pump you also need adapter FPE-QUCON-OE-38.
- Estimated install time: 3-4 hours.
