Mishimoto air-to-water performance intercooler kit for the 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty 6.7L Powerstroke. It replaces the factory stamped, stacked-plate air-to-water intercooler with a bar-and-plate core and cast aluminum end tanks TIG-welded to the core. Mishimoto designed it to address internal leaks reported on factory 6.7L air-to-water intercoolers. This version has a micro-wrinkle silver intercooler with polished pipes.

• Bar-and-plate core (4.48 in thick x 10.59 in long x 6.69 in high)
• Cast end tanks, so fewer potential leak points than stamped or welded tanks
• Mandrel-bent aluminum hot-side and cold-side intercooler pipes
• No tune required; installs on stock or modified trucks, per Mishimoto
