The PPE 117000360 is a down-pipe lower flange gasket for 2001-2014 Chevrolet Silverado HD and GMC Sierra HD with the 6.6L Duramax (LB7 through LML). The downpipe flange gasket seals the turbo-to-downpipe joint — a blown gasket means an exhaust leak you can hear and lost turbo response. PPE builds upgraded replacements for the Duramax.
