The S400 flange is a flat face flange with a 4.625 inch outside diameter
This is NOT a stock/OEM flange downpipe. This downpipe is meant for aftermarket turbochargers equipped with s400 flanges
This downpipe will only fit LOW MOUNT 2nd gen swapped 2003-2024 Dodge Ram trucks with the 5.9 and 6.7 Cummins
