The Vibrant 1197 is a weld-in exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensor bung. EGT monitoring is critical on a tuned or towing diesel — this bung welds into the exhaust manifold or downpipe so you can thread in a standard EGT probe. Universal fit for Ford, Ram, Chevrolet, and GMC diesel trucks.
